Printmaking I Workshop

This is a workshop for children aged 6-12 years old without any accompanying parents/adults.

Zug Art Club will be offering a series of printmaking workshops for beginners and intermediates. While building skills incrementally may benefit your child, taking these courses in order is not mandatory. Participants are also welcome to repeat any of the printmaking courses to learn new techniques and develop a broader body of work.

In this beginner-friendly 2 hour session, we gently introduce the world of printmaking. The children will explore creating botanical prints and other abstract mixed-media pieces. This workshop is all about understanding the basics and enjoying the art of experimentation.

To inspire the children, we show them the vibrant collage work of renowned children's book illustrator, Eric Carle.

Please note: All materials are provided and no previous art experience is necessary. Safety is our priority and we only use child-friendly, non-toxic materials in our studio.
